Hi. I’m Katie – an enthusiastic host who wants nothing more than for you to experience a fabulous, relaxing, memorable vacation! I’ve been self-managing our vacation rental since August of 2022, and I love being a resource to my guests, as I was once a classroom teacher and love providing information to guide you.
My husband and I have three sons. During the week, I am overseeing my youngest son’s education, helping clients as an active real estate broker associate in northern California, and managing our Duck Creek Village getaway.
We have had families of all ages and stages, as well as groups of friends who are like family come and stay from all over the U.S. and even Europe. When we set up our home, it was with you in mind.

Yes, 50% of the total booking cost is due at the time of reservation. The balance is collected 12 days before arrival.

Yes, up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $50 pet fee. Full pet guidelines are included in the rental agreement.
The property allows up to 10 guests in total, including children. Infants are also allowed.
No, events and parties are not permitted at the property.
A minimum stay of 1–27 nights may apply, depending on the booking dates. Weekend stays usually require Friday–Saturday nights.
